2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website or downloading and using any COBI Management app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our apps.

These terms apply to the website cobimanagement.eu and to the apps FamilyLegacy, PulseWave and DressGenius. Where an individual app requires additional or different terms — for example because it includes subscriptions, in-app purchases or user-generated content — those terms will be presented within the app before they become applicable and will supplement these terms.

3. Permitted use

You may use this website and our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy or redistribute website content or app functionality without prior authorization.
• Use our apps or website in any way that violates applicable Belgian, European Union or local law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract source code from our apps.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or otherwise extract content from this website without permission.
• Impersonate COBI Management SRL or any of its representatives.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website and within our apps — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, visual elements and software — is the property of COBI Management SRL or its licensors, and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property law. The app names FamilyLegacy, PulseWave and DressGenius are brands of COBI Management SRL.

Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Permitted personal use of an app does not grant you a licence to reproduce or distribute any part of it.

5. App licence

Subject to your compliance with these terms, COBI Management SRL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use our apps on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not include any right to sell, redistribute, sublicence or modify the apps.

Apps distributed through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple's standard end-user licence agreement (EULA). In the event of any conflict between Apple's EULA and these terms, these terms apply to the extent they concern COBI Management SRL's specific requirements.

6. In-app purchases and subscriptions

Some apps in our lineup may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions. Where applicable, prices, billing terms and cancellation conditions are presented within the app before any purchase is made. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's payment and refund policies. For billing disputes, please refer to Apple's support resources.

COBI Management SRL does not directly process payment card data.

7. Wellness and health content disclaimer

PulseWave and any other COBI Management app touching on wellbeing, breathing or mental wellness are general lifestyle tools. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. They are not medical devices and have not been evaluated by any health authority for clinical use. Nothing in these apps should be understood as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. If you experience a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

This website and our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. COBI Management SRL does not warrant that the website or apps will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, COBI Management SRL and its directors, employees and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or our apps. In no event shall COBI Management SRL's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the relevant app in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Third-party services

Our apps may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as Apple platforms, analytics tools or content delivery services). COBI Management SRL is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of any third-party service. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, including its update date, will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website or apps after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance through the relevant app or website.

12. Termination

COBI Management SRL may suspend or terminate your access to our apps or website if you breach these terms. Upon termination, all licences granted under these terms cease immediately.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium. Consumers located in the European Union may also have the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of habitual residence, as provided by applicable EU law.
